-Streetman Candles Vanilla Bean Noel in the bedroom (24W hot plate). This is one of the best VBN scents in my opinion. while I am otherwise not really a big fan of Streetman this scent is really nice. It has a light-medium throw and lasts through most of the day usually.
-Pics, Petals & Scents White Tea & Ginger in the first floor (24W hot plate). This is different from other WT&G scents as it definitely has a slightly spicy note. It is good nonetheless but I prefer the B&BW version which e.g. HHS carries. This threw nicely strong all day long!
-CFTKR Crunch Berry Crisp in the kitchen (tea light). I normally don´t use CFTKR in tea light warmers but actually they perform pretty nicely that way. This was a strong sweet berry scent. I didn´t get much of the bakery note but it was a nice scent all in all.
-Beaux Savons Frais Pink Bread in the living room (tea light). I got a bit of a pink sugar note with zucchini bread. This wasn´t really strong but I think BSF does better in a hot plate.
-Sassy Girl Aroma Birthday Bread in the living room (2 tarts, 24W hot plate). This was a good scent, I got mainly the rich birthday cake and it was about medium strong. Lasted through most of the day.
-Lil´Kitchen Candles Waffle Cone Zucchini (about 8 hearts) in the living room (24W hot plate). I really enjoyed this scent, it was that sweet waffle cone with creamy zucchini bread. About medium-strong and with good lasting power.
-Front Porch Vanilla Grapefruit in the bedroom (24W hot plate). This was a nice tart and bitter grapefruit scent paired with creamy vanilla so it was a great bedroom scent. Throw wasn´t that strong though. I prefer BSF´s Grapefruit Peppermint as to me it is more refreshing.
-Lasting Scent Candles Sweet Snow in the first floor (24W hot plate). This was a sweet spearmint with a good throw and lasting power.
-Angel Made Scents Goji Berry in the kitchen (2 cubes, tea light). A refreshing tart berry scent with good staying power and a nice medium throw.
-Streetman Candles Ice Cream Scoop Bread in the living room (tea light). A nice light ICSB scent. I liked it better in the cup than warm though.
-HHS Granmas Cake Batter Zucchini in the living room (24W hot plate). This was amazing! A super sweet gooey zuke bread blend. Really loving that one!
-Sassy Girl Aroma Serendipities Birthday in the living room (2 tarts, 24W hot plate). A good blend of birthday cake and serendipity. Throw was good but could have been stronger for my taste. Lasted most of the day though.
-Streetman Candy Cane Lane in the bedroom (1 Snap Stick, 24W hot plate). This is a really good sweet peppermint scent, I even feel there is a bit spearmint in the mix. It was about medium strong and lasted a good 6-7 hours.
-The Bathing Garden Honeyed Toffee (3 cubes) in the first floor (24W hot plate). This is TBG´s dupe of Lush´s Honey I Washed The Kids soap scent. It was good but it was very light considering it was TBG. Even Kim´s version used to be stronger. A bit of a disappointment.
-Pics, Petals & Scents Pastry Shop in the kitchen (tealight). I didn´t care for this scent at all. At first it had a very strong caramel apple note and when it started to fade it smelled like insecticide spray (like Raid and the likes). Was medium strong at first and I really disliked it.
-Front Porch Raspberry Filled Bread in the living room (24W hot plate). This was a really good fruity bread scent but it started pulling a perfumey note after a while. Overall nice and strong though!
-Haley´s Heavenly Scents Granmas Waffle Cone in the living room (24W hot plate). I really enjoyed this sweet crack bread blend. Crack bread aka Granmas Zucchini bread is just the best zuke bread out there. This was medium-strong and lasted very well.
I received my first haul from Streetman Candles quite a while ago (about 3 weeks perhaps). I really wanted to try her famous Snap Sticks so I picked up one of her samplers and a few extra bags.
To be honest her variety of scents isn´t that great, after sniffing through the sampler I sorted out about half of the sticks as they were in scents I disliked. Furthermore the big bag in Sugar Cookie Zucchini Bread went into my pile of no-nos as well as it´s a spicy zucchini bread and I hate that one. Anyway, that´s just personal taste. The scents seem pretty strong and they melt nicely. The Vanilla Bean Noel and Candy Cane Lane scents are awesome!
-Granny´s Kountry Candles Sinus Relief in the bedroom (24W hot plate). One of my go-to scents, it´s fresh, strong and just awesome for the bedroom! Love it!
-Streetman Candles Spring´s Summer Fling in the first floor (24W hot plate). I really enjoyed this fresh fruity citrus scent. It was pretty strong and lasted through most of the day!
-The Bathing Garden Raspberry Lemonade (2 cubes, tealight) in the kitchen. Awesome as always! TBG is just a wonderful tart brand! This was a fresh fizzy lemon paired with a tart raspberry scent. Strong throw and great lasting power!!
-JLCCW Pink Serendipity in the livinng room (2 cupcakes, 24W hot plate). While this was an amazing scent the throw wasn´t as good as with her Serendipity Birthday Cake. This was a great scent still though so I really enjoyed it!
-Lil´Kitchen Candles Birthday Fruit Loops (2 cubes) in the living room (24W hot plate). I love this scent, it´s so wonderful! I am just addicted to anything with birthday cake as it´s the best blender of all! Was pretty strong and lasted well!
I didn´t post the daily melts for the past few days as I just melted random stuff I wanted to finish and reviewed before. So I am continuing from 25th onwards =)
-Streetman Candles Vanilla Bean Noel in the bedroom (24W hot plate). This was a nice spot-on VBN scent. Throw was good and staying power as well. I really liked this one!
-CFTKR Lemon Lifesavers in the 1st floor (24W hot plate). Awesome! Strong, sweet lemon scent with an incredible strength and lasting power. Amazing!
-The Bathing Garden Cheshire Cat (2 cubes) in the kitchen (tealight). Another awesome scent, no wonder that this is one of Shannon´s bestsellers. It´s lemon meringue pie topped with raspberry and something (maybe vanilla?). It´s a wonderful scent! Strength was great as well as the duration.
-Butterfly Lane Serendipity/Sugar Cookie Dough brittle in the living room (24W hot plate). This is a really nice serendipity bakery scent. The intensity was about medium and staying power was about average (4-5 hours I think).
-Haley´s Heavenly Scents Granmas Amish Zucchini (3 grubby hearts) in the living room (24W hot plate). No wonder HHS´s granmas zucchini bread scent is called "crack bread" lol! it´s such a wonderfully creamy zucchini bread scent and smells even more awesome blended with other things! The amish friendship bread lends a sweet, almost powdery cinnamon note but it´s creamy enough due to the zuke bread. AWESOME! Strong and long-lasting!
